We get it! Which is why’ve designed some super nourishing and insanely delicious 30 second nuuts just for you. Sure you can have your favourite blend straight up and simple, but sometimes you want to switch it up for extra health benefits or a change in flavour. 



Key is keeping some basic add-ons on hand at all times :



Coconut yogurt  - adds creaminess whilst fermented sugars and probiotics help regulate digestive health by providing an ample dose of healthy bacteria to the gut.



Almond milk - our fave dairy substitute enriched with high levels of vitamin D.



Fresh greens - extremely nutrient-rich and packed with high amounts of carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron, and calcium.



Almond butter - contains healthy fats, protein, calcium and minerals.



Fresh coffee beans - helps increase fat burning and acts as a metabolic booster.



Cacao nibs - rich in antioxidants that help reduce oxidative stress and inflammation.



Dark chocolate – packed with antioxidants for anti-ageing benefits.

zara’s choc yogurt


Created by our marketing guru Zara, this is the perfect treat when you crave something deliciously gooey. Tastes great frozen in summer too.

Ingredients:
1 sachet nuut
300ml filtered water
1 handful baby spinach
1/3 avocado
ice
What to do:
1. Blitz nuut, water, spinach, avocado and ice in a blender until perfectly smooth.

2. Sip for glowing skin.

choc mint


The perfect 3pm sugar craving slayer. Mint makes it extra addictive. 

Ingredients:
1 sachet nuut
300ml almond milk
1 espresso - cooled
ice
topping
cinnamon
What to do:
1. Blitz nuut, almond milk, espresso and ice in a blender until perfectly smooth.

2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.

team nuut’s favourite morning coffee substitute. 

Ingredients:
1 sachet nuut
1 sprig fresh mint
300ml almond milk
ice
topping
1 square dark chocolate
What to do:
1. Blitz nuut, almond milk, mint leaves and ice in a blender until super smooth.

2. Shave or grate dark chocolate on top and serve.
Serves 1

Our go-to when we haven’t managed to get our daily greens in. Avocado makes it velvety-smooth. 

Ingredients:
1 sachet nuut
1 cup coconut yogurt
topping
cacao nibs
What to do:
1. Put nuut and yogurt in nutribullet and blitz until smooth and moussey.

2. Top with nibs and serve.
