Not received!!

I've waited a month and still haven't received anything! I've contacted you several times and only once have I received a reply to say it would be despatched shortly (a couple of weeks ago!) the rest have been automated replies. My last contact I asked to cancel the order and have my money returned, which was taken 20 April, still no response, so I'm probably not the person you want to give a good review!
