its good

I love the NUUT shakes but I’m really missing the Vanilla Spice Blend as I’m not the biggest fan of chocolate drinks, at least the Keto is a little milder in flavour

No food waste, no hunger

Only finished week 1 of 4 week plan but love that the meal plan is flexible and also when you make a batch they are in the menu plan so that no food is wasted or you make 4 use 2 & freeze 2 for another week.I never feel hungry or have cravings & am looking forward to week 2.

Nuut Keto

My favourite meal replacement shake by a mile, it isn’t the cheapest but the taste is worth it. I blend mine with unsweetened almond milk and some turmeric
