Not what I thought it was

I don’t use it as I thought it was an actual thermos and it is just plastic

Excellent product

Really love the design of the shaker bottle - however, I tend not to use it to mix the shakes as the powder came out lumpy. Think company amazing - emails returned promptly - and even during pandemic everyone I had contact with couldn't have been more helpful.
