YUM with high fat content...best for keto

Loved the keto powder in my morning smoothies, was rich and satisfying. The only problem for me was that i continued to make these the same way i did with low fat no carb protein powder (with peanut butter, bannana, soy milk) definately gained weight drinking these! Better while on keto diet or at least monitoring calories
